Program Manager (Outdoor Education)
Key Responsibilities
1. Program Management (Preparation – Operation – Closing):
- Oversee AsiaMotions’ assigned programs from pre-event to post-event stages.
- Liaise with schools and suppliers, update bookings, prepare documents, manage cash advances, and coordinate freelancer teams.
- Ensure availability and readiness of equipment.
2. On-Site Operations:
- Manage logistics (transportation, accommodation, F&B, equipment).
- Support Program Leader, supervise freelancers, ensure high-quality delivery and adherence to safety standards.
- Monitor expenses and equipment usage.
3. Post-Program Tasks:
- Finalize payments, submit expense claims, collect feedback, and assess freelancers.
Organize and store returned equipment.
4. Operations Development:
- Contribute to new product ideas and improve existing documentation.
- Support internal inspections and trial runs for new programs.
Requirements
- Native Vietnamese with fluent English.
- Proficient in MS Office, excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Responsible, adaptable, and customer-focused.
- Able to handle pressure, multitask, and travel frequently.
- Experience in event management is a plus.
Benefits
- Salary: 13,500,000 VND – 18,500,000 VND gross.
